For the most part I like living at Westbury. The price is reasonable, I don't have many maintenance issues and the location is ideal. The one part I don't like is the mess the kids leave behind them. They scatter rock through the walkways, leave trash all over the place, rip apart trees, dispose of their trash over my patio wall, etc. They play in the breezeways, which would normally be ok, but they scream and bounce balls off the doors and walls. I know as property managers there is not much you can do to control other people's children, but this is my least favorite part about Westbury.
